This is a great set of clear vinyl pouches for use on or near water. Think thick, giant baggies and you get the idea.
There are three different sizes - the smallest is still large enough for a smartphone and keys - and the largest will hold a tablet.
They close by folding/rolling over the top of each bag several times before securing with Velcro. A cord is included if you want to wear these around your neck or attach to something else.
These are perfect for kayaking, which is what I use them for. The vinyl is clear so that you can easily see the contents of each bag. I have gotten these wet - both deliberately and not - and they have protected everything well. While I don't think these are intended to be completely submerged underwater for prolonged periods of time (like in scuba diving), they do provide more than enough protection for most water sports or from sand and other particles when at the beach. They are also good protection from the elements when camping, hiking or on a bike or motorcycle.
I have found many uses for them and think they are a great value.
